Who we are
Rush Labs SRL, Rue de l'Industrie 20, 1400 Nivelles, Belgium (VAT BE1002.157.280) runs rush.be and is responsible for the personal data it collects. For any question about your data, write to hello@rush.be.
When you contact us
The contact form sends us your name, email address, phone number, company, message and the answers you choose. We use them to reply to you and to follow up on the conversation you started. Formspark receives the form and forwards it to us by email.
If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send there, under the terms of that service.
When you arrive from an ad
If you reach the site from one of our Google ads, the form also sends the click identifier and campaign details from the link. We may tell Google Ads which clicks led to a relevant enquiry, by that identifier, to measure which ads work. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in knowing what our advertising brings.
Analytics
We use PostHog, hosted in the European Union, to count visits and see which pages people read. It records the pages you view, your browser and device, and an approximate location, and stores an identifier in a cookie and in your browser's local storage so repeat visits count once.
Maps
The contact, about and location pages show a Google Maps view of our office. It loads from Google, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
Who receives your data
Only the services named above, and Render, which hosts the site and keeps standard server logs. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to reply and follow up, and delete it once the conversation is over. If we go on to work together, the contract and its correspondence are kept for as long as Belgian law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy. Write to hello@rush.be and we reply within a month.
You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority at dataprotectionauthority.be.
