Expert builders, from idea to production
We're a deliberately small, expert team that punches well above its weight.
Over the past three years, we've been the product team behind 10+ startups, scale-ups, and enterprise innovation units, helping them move from idea to launched product, and from launched product to market leader.
We know what makes products win, and have built our process around it.

DesignSmall team, full coverage
On most engagements, a dedicated squad of two to four people is actively building. A founder is always involved. You'll never be handed off to someone you haven't met.
Dedicated squads
Each project gets a cross-functional team: engineering, design, and strategy. Sized to move fast without communication overhead.
Founder-led
A founder is involved in every engagement. You deal directly with someone who can make decisions, with no layers of project managers in between.
No translation layer
Our engineers explain trade-offs in plain language and talk to stakeholders directly, with no one relaying messages in between.
Extended network
When a project needs niche expertise, we pull from a vetted network of specialists we've worked with for years. We never subcontract to strangers.
Belgium-based, globally wired
We're based in Nivelles, Brabant Wallon, Belgium. Close enough to all major Belgian cities for in-person workshops, remote-first by default for everything else. We work with clients across Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and the wider EU.
Let's build your product
Tell us what you're building. We'll tell you how we'd approach it, what it takes, and how fast we can move.
We'll tell you honestly if we're the right fit. And if we're not, we'll point you to someone who is.
