Challenge

Two enterprise clients needed real-time business insights but lacked the internal tooling to get them. Poppy required visibility into car rental fleet performance, document processing status, and revenue trends. O25 needed to track smart water fountain usage, water quality metrics, and sustainability impact across their growing network.

In both cases, reporting was a manual process. Staff compiled data from multiple sources into spreadsheets, a workflow that took days and produced static snapshots rather than live intelligence. Neither team had the engineering bandwidth to build custom dashboards from scratch.

Solution

We built custom BI dashboards for both clients using Retool's low-code platform, connecting directly to their existing databases and APIs.

Poppy Dashboard

The Poppy dashboard provides real-time fleet availability tracking, document processing status monitoring, and revenue analytics with booking trend visualization. An automated reporting system replaces the manual spreadsheet workflow entirely.

O25 Dashboard

The O25 dashboard surfaces live fountain usage statistics, water quality metrics, environmental impact calculations, and user engagement data. Operational cost tracking gives the team visibility into network economics.

Both dashboards use custom SQL queries for data analysis, API integrations with existing systems, and automated data refresh cycles to ensure information is always current.
