We built custom Retool BI dashboards for two clients: real-time fleet tracking for Poppy and fountain usage analytics for O25. Replaced multi-day manual reporting with on-demand dashboards.

Challenge

Two enterprise clients needed live business data but had no internal tooling to get it. Poppy required visibility into car rental fleet performance, document processing status, and revenue trends. O25 needed to track smart water fountain usage, water quality metrics, and sustainability impact across their growing network.

In both cases, reporting was a manual process. Staff compiled data from multiple sources into spreadsheets. It took days and produced static snapshots instead of live data. Neither team had the engineering bandwidth to build custom dashboards from scratch.

Solution

We built custom BI dashboards for both clients using Retool's low-code platform, connecting directly to their existing databases and APIs.

Poppy Dashboard

The Poppy dashboard tracks fleet availability in real time, shows document processing status, and charts revenue and booking trends. Automated reports replace the manual spreadsheets.

O25 Dashboard

The O25 dashboard shows live fountain usage, water quality metrics, environmental impact calculations, and user engagement. Operational cost tracking shows the team what the network costs to run.

Both dashboards run custom SQL queries, pull data from existing systems through their APIs, and refresh automatically so the numbers stay current.
