# Rush Labs > We help founders and teams launch software products at startup speed. One expert squad from discovery to production. - Website: https://rush.be - Location: Nivelles, Belgium - Contact: hello@rush.be ## Services ### Product & Strategy We map opportunities, validate assumptions, and create roadmaps that align business goals with technical reality. - **Discovery & Opportunity Mapping**: Where to invest, what to build first, and what to skip. - **Growth & Scaling Roadmap**: A phased plan for what to build, where to invest, and how capabilities compound over time. - **UX Audit & Product Assessment**: Usability gaps, technical debt, and missed opportunities, prioritized and actionable. - **Investor Readiness**: The narrative, the deck, and the prototype that gets term sheets signed. ### Design Research-driven interfaces that turn complex workflows into products people actually want to use. We prototype fast, test with real users, and build scalable design systems. - **UX/UI Design**: Interfaces grounded in research, not assumptions. From enterprise dashboards to consumer apps. - **Prototyping & Validation**: Interactive prototypes tested with real users before a line of production code is written. - **Design Systems & Motion**: Scalable component libraries with micro-interactions that make features feel alive. - **AI UX Patterns**: Chat, copilots, agentic workflows, generative features. We know what works and what doesn't. ### Software Engineering Web, mobile, backend, and infrastructure. We own the full stack from first commit to production deploy. - **Web & Mobile Development**: Full-stack apps on modern frameworks. React, Next.js, React Native. Fast and accessible. - **Backend & API Engineering**: Scalable services, data pipelines, and integrations that hold up under real-world load. - **DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure**: CI/CD, cloud architecture, monitoring. Deploy daily with confidence. - **Legacy Modernization**: Migrate off aging stacks, untangle monoliths, and get your codebase ready for what's next. ### AI Engineering Not every product needs AI. But when it does, we go deep: LLM orchestration, RAG, multi-agent systems, computer vision, fine-tuning. AI features that ship as part of the product, not as a sidecar demo. - **LLMs & RAG**: Model selection, orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, production-grade. - **Agentic AI & Copilots**: Purpose-built agents with multi-agent orchestration, MCP, and Agent2Agent. - **Computer Vision**: Image recognition, document processing, visual AI, deployed and monitored. - **Fine-tuning & Analytics**: Custom model training, performance monitoring, and optimization loops. ## Case Studies - [60% less admin overhead for healthcare teams](https://rush.be/cases/xcare-hospital-mobile-app): We built xCare Mobile, a React Native app deployed in 3 Belgian hospitals. Barcode medication verification and mobile task management cut administrative overhead by 60%. - [Brand-perfect websites for Bentley and Lamborghini](https://rush.be/cases/dieteren-luxury-performance): We migrated the Bentley and Lamborghini brand sites to a modern Next.js and TypeScript stack with Storyblok CMS and Azure hosting. Zero visual regressions, faster page loads, and full editorial autonomy. - [Reporting time cut from days to minutes with low-code dashboards](https://rush.be/cases/low-code-bi-dashboards): We built custom Retool BI dashboards for two clients: real-time fleet tracking for Poppy and fountain usage analytics for O25. Replaced multi-day manual reporting with on-demand insights. - [Real-time fleet oversight for autonomous shuttles](https://rush.be/cases/terhills-autonomous-shuttles): We designed and built a multi-app ecosystem for Terhills resort's autonomous shuttle fleet: in-shuttle displays, kiosk stations, and an operator dashboard with real-time conflict avoidance via EasyMile integration. - [App Store rating from 2 to 4.6 stars in two weeks](https://rush.be/cases/collecto-shared-taxi-app): We rebuilt the Collecto shared taxi app for Taxi Verts and the Brussels government in just two weeks. New design, in-app payments, and improved UX lifted the App Store rating from 2 to 4.6 stars. - [IoT water fountain monitoring dashboard](https://rush.be/cases/o25-iot-water-fountain-dashboard): We delivered an integrated IoT ecosystem for O25's smart water fountain network: a real-time monitoring dashboard for operations and a consumer mobile app for hydration tracking and sustainability metrics. - [AI-powered fine processing from hours to seconds](https://rush.be/cases/ai-fine-processing-automation): We automated Poppy's traffic fine processing with Google Vision and OpenAI. The system extracts license plates, dates, and amounts from PDF fines, matches them to the correct renter, and forwards instantly. - [Automated car rental operations](https://rush.be/cases/mypop-car-rental-platform): We built Poppy's end-to-end self-service car rental platform: subscriptions, real-time vehicle tracking via sensor data, automated fine assignment, and a comprehensive admin dashboard. ## Insights - [Every PR, On Video](https://rush.be/insights/every-pr-on-video): We replaced a manual video upload step with an automated pipeline that gives reviewers, agents, and customers a recording of every front-end change -automatically. - [One Repo, Many Agents](https://rush.be/insights/one-repo-many-agents): How we give each AI agent its own isolated workspace so dozens can run in parallel without conflicts. - [We Are Orchestrators Now](https://rush.be/insights/we-are-orchestrators-now): How we're shifting from writing code to orchestrating AI agents, and the five steps to get there. ## FAQ **I have a business idea but I'm not technical. Can you help?** Many of our best engagements start exactly here: founders with deep domain expertise but no technical background. We help you translate your vision into a product strategy, and then build it. **Do you only work with startups?** No. We work with early-stage founders building their first product, scale-ups expanding their platform, and enterprise innovation teams that need to move faster than their internal organisation allows. **Can you work as an extension of our existing team?** Absolutely. We offer team extension engagements where our engineers and designers embed directly into your workflows, tools, and rituals. **What makes you different from other software agencies?** We're product engineers first. We care about clean architecture, reliable infrastructure, and software that actually works at scale. On top of that, we know how to integrate AI where it adds real value. **Can you sign an NDA before we share our idea?** Yes. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before any conversation about your project. Just ask, and we'll get it sorted before our first call. **Who owns the IP and source code?** You do. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, all intellectual property and source code we produce during an engagement belong to you, fully and without restriction. **What technologies do you work with?** We build with modern web and cloud stacks: React, Node, Python, Go, AWS, Azure, GCP, and more. When a project calls for AI, we're model-agnostic and pick the right tool for the job. That said, we're not tied to any single stack. We adapt to whatever technologies your project or team already uses, and we're comfortable working across a wide range of languages and frameworks. **Can you work within our existing codebase?** Yes. We regularly join projects mid-stream, inheriting codebases, refactoring where needed, and building new features on existing foundations. We'll give you an honest assessment of the technical debt situation before committing to a timeline. **Can you take care of hosting and infrastructure?** Yes. We're experienced with all major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, and GCP) as well as multiple PaaS solutions. By default, we deploy to European datacentres. Whether you need a simple managed setup or a more complex multi-region architecture, we can own the infrastructure side so you don't have to. **Are your solutions GDPR-compliant?** Yes. We build with privacy by design. Our default approach includes European data residency, and we're experienced with the technical and organisational requirements of GDPR compliance. If your product handles sensitive personal data, we'll help you make the right architectural choices from day one. **Our data isn't clean / organised / ready. Can you still help?** Yes, and honestly, that's the norm, not the exception. **Do I need AI?** We deliver great software, with or without AI. Plenty of our engagements are pure application engineering: web apps, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, internal tools. When AI adds real value, we help you integrate it. When it doesn't, we won't sell it to you. **What's the typical timeline for an MVP?** 4 to 16 weeks from kickoff to production launch, depending on complexity. We've launched products in as few as 2 weeks for well-scoped problems. **What does an engagement typically cost?** We offer two models: fixed-price projects (scoped after a paid discovery phase) and time-and-materials for ongoing partnerships. An MVP typically ranges from €15K to €150K depending on complexity. **What are your payment terms?** We're flexible, but for fixed-price projects we typically work with a milestone-based schedule: 30% at contract signing, 30% at beta delivery, 30% at final delivery, and 10% after final validation. This keeps incentives aligned and ensures you only pay as real progress is made. **What happens after launch?** Most clients continue working with us after launch, shipping improvements, monitoring performance, and adapting to user feedback. We offer ongoing iteration partnerships and SLA-based maintenance for teams that want a long-term product partner. For teams that want to bring it in-house, we do structured handoffs: documentation, knowledge transfer sessions, and a transition period where we pair with your internal engineers until they're fully autonomous. **What if I find bugs after launch?** Every engagement includes a guarantee period that covers bug fixes at no additional cost. Once that period ends, we move to a per-minute billing model at a rate agreed upon before the engagement starts, so there are never any surprises. **How do you handle handoffs when we want to bring engineering in-house?** Structured and gradual. Documentation, knowledge transfer sessions, pair programming with your incoming engineers, and a transition period where we're available for questions. We've done this enough times to know that a clean handoff takes dedicated time and intentional overlap. --- For complete content including full articles and case study details, see [llms-full.txt](https://rush.be/llms-full.txt).
